Its three-ply stainless steel construction with an aluminum core guarantees rapid heating and even heat distribution. This structure provides excellent thermal responsiveness and precise control during cooking, allowing you to cook confidently and achieve optimal results, making it ideal for frying.

The stainless steel cooking surface, engraved all the way to the edge of the wok, creates an exceptional layer for browning and searing food, while the two-layer Thermolon™ 9G ceramic coating, reinforced with diamond particles, provides excellent non-stick performance. This honeycomb pattern not only protects the coating but also allows you to brown, fry, or deep-fry at high temperatures with minimal oil, making it easier to achieve even browning without food sticking.
