Return and Refund Policy

You can return your order within 30 days of receipt.

To be eligible for a return, the items must:

  • be unused and in their original condition
  • include all original tags and packaging
  • show no signs of use

Please note: Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

We strongly recommend sending your return with tracking. Returns without tracking are at your own risk. No refund can be issued for lost returns without proof of shipment.

Return shipping costs:
The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer. This can be up to €40 depending on size and weight. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return address:
Returns must be sent to our international warehouse. Please contact our customer service before any return to receive the correct return address.
Our company address in the Netherlands is not a return address.

Once your return has been received, you will receive a confirmation email. Refunds are usually processed within 3–5 business days after processing.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 5 minutes of placing them. After this period, the order is automatically processed and can no longer be cancelled.

Please contact us immediately by email in this case.

Wrong Item or Wrong Size

If you have received the wrong item or size, please contact our customer service. We will arrange a free replacement.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after successful inspection of the return.

Country-Specific Information

Germany:
According to legal regulations, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. This is already included in our voluntary 30-day return policy and is therefore extended.

United Kingdom (UK):
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have statutory return rights. Our 30-day return policy goes beyond these legal requirements.
