We strongly recommend sending your return with tracking. Returns without tracking are at your own risk. No refund can be issued for lost returns without proof of shipment.
Return shipping costs:
The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer. These can be up to €40 depending on size and weight. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return address:
Returns must be sent to our international warehouse. Please contact our customer service before any return to receive the correct return address.
Our company address in the Netherlands is not a return address.
Once your return has been received, you will receive a confirmation email. Refunds are usually processed within 3–5 business days after processing.
Orders can be cancelled within 5 minutes of placing them. After this period, the order is automatically processed and can no longer be cancelled.

France:
Under French consumer protection law (Code de la consommation), you generally have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal from receipt of goods for online orders. Australia:
We also ship to Australia. Under Australian consumer protection law, especially the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), consumers have certain statutory rights under consumer guarantees, particularly for faulty, defective, or not as described products. Our voluntary 30-day return policy applies in addition to these statutory rights and does not limit them. Returns due to a change of mind are possible within 30 days of receipt under our voluntary return policy, provided the above return conditions are met.
