Processing and Delivery Times

  • Order cutoff: 00:00 (CET)
  • Processing time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays)
  • Delivery time: 5–10 business days
  • Shipping partners: DHL or comparable certified logistics providers

After your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email with a tracking number.

Delivery

Delivery is made to the address you provide. Please ensure all details are correct to avoid delays.

Damaged or Faulty Delivery

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact our customer service immediately. We will quickly arrange a suitable solution, such as a replacement or refund.

Lost Shipments

If a shipment is lost or cannot be delivered, we will resend the order. If the order is not delivered within 30 days after shipping, a full refund may be issued.

Uncollected Shipments

If a delivery is not accepted or not picked up at the collection point and is returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct a fee of up to €15 from the refund amount.
