Liftaro | Pull-Up Assist Band with Double Foot Loop and Steel Hooks

No training partner nearby and still unable to do a clean pull-up?

Anyone who trains pull-ups without assistance knows the plateau: Your body hangs, your arms give out, and your progress stalls. This pull-up band tackles exactly that with an extra-wide double footrest and reinforced steel hooks that distribute your body weight evenly and help you perform clean reps. That way, you can complete more sets with less compensatory movement and make real upper-body progress—all without a training partner.

Benefits

• Keep training instead of hitting a plateau: Even on days when you don't have the strength for unassisted pull-ups, you can keep training with the band and get closer to your goal, one rep at a time.
• No slipping mid-set: The wide double footrest distributes your weight evenly and keeps you stable, so you can stay focused on working your muscles.
• Built to last: The latex resistance bands are housed in a protective fabric sleeve, and the hooks are made of reinforced steel—designed for regular, intense use.

Specifications

• System: Double foot support with adjustable straps
• Attachment: Reinforced steel hooks
• Material: Latex bands with protective fabric sleeve
• Colors: Black, orange
• Compatible with: Pull-up bars, wall mounts, doorway pull-up bars

How to use

1. Attach: Hang the steel hooks on the pull-up bar and adjust the strap length to suit your height.
2. Step in: Place both feet in the loops of the double footrest and check your footing.
3. Train: Perform pull-ups as usual—the band supports some of your body weight, allowing you to do more reps with proper form.

Pro tip: Start with the straps slightly shorter than you need. This helps you learn to rely on your own strength more quickly, and you can gradually reduce the assistance.
