With a diameter of 14 cm, the Masterclass GreenPan mini ceramic pan with stainless steel exterior is a great everyday companion. This stainless steel pan has everything to impress you: a minimalist and highly functional design; a high-quality reinforced ceramic coating for healthy and convenient cooking; a two-layer construction with an aluminum layer and a durable stainless steel layer; and an ergonomic stainless steel handle with a silicone coating that stays cool. A true pleasure to use!
This small pan is ideal for everyday use. Whether you’re making breakfast pancakes, fried eggs or lunch, sautéed vegetables as a side dish for fish, or fried rice for dinner, you can prepare any recipe in individual portions or small quantities.
Its two-layer construction features an aluminum layer that ensures rapid heating and even heat distribution, along with a second layer made of high-quality, durable stainless steel. The pan is suitable for all cooktops, including induction. You can also use it in the oven at temperatures up to 220º C.
Its Thermolon™ Infinity ceramic coating is reinforced with diamond particles and completely free of PFAS, PFOA, lead and cadmium. It offers excellent non-stick properties, allowing you to cook healthily and conveniently with very little oil without food sticking.
