What makes the Ceratal® Comfort EVO Fissler ceramic pan with water special

• It is manufactured in Germany to the highest quality standards and sustainably, using up to 60% recycled aluminum. Robust and highly durable.
• Its exclusive "Cookstar®" diffuser base from Fissler, improved in the Ceratal EVO. It has a larger diameter and greater thickness, making it more energy-efficient. Made of stainless steel with an aluminum disk encapsulated through high-pressure pressing, which removes all air between the layers, it offers greater durability, better heat utilization, and improved responsiveness on all cooktops.
• It features an exceptional Ceratal® ceramic coating, exclusive to Fissler. Made from natural ceramic and free from lead, PFAS, and PTFE, it is a water-based coating with excellent non-stick properties.
• It has a smooth, pore-free coating that makes cleaning very easy. Since it has no pores, it does not discolor. Its non-stick performance is excellent, and you need hardly any oil for cooking.
