If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service immediately. We will provide a suitable solution as quickly as possible, such as a replacement or refund.
If a shipment is lost or cannot be delivered, we will resend the order. If the order has not been delivered within 30 days of dispatch, a full refund may be issued.
If a delivery is not accepted or collected from the collection point and is returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct a fee of up to €15 from the refund amount.
